Shipping & Returns

Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Items will only be available for return under Rimskins Warranty policy if a manufacturer defect has occurred.

If your item is in new condition, you may exchange your item for a different color, but you will have to pay the return shipping costs associated. For USA/Canada – All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. 

Item will be shipped via USPS standard mail without a tracking number. Standard delivery is 5 – 7 days from shipment.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is required by the customer an additional cost is associated, we will update your order with the tracking information once shipped. Please note that some if you select our basic “free shipping” option orders using standard USPS mail it will not have a tracking number.

International Shipping

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Australia Post

Shipping rates are fixed for all destinations. Delivery time for international shipments is typically between 2 -4 weeks. 

Standard international shipment does not have tracking information.
